Pricing
Simple workspace pricing. Provider usage stays yours.
Each plan includes the connected matter workflow for research, claims, review, scoring, and first-draft assembly. You use your own supported model and retrieval credentials, so provider usage is billed directly under those accounts with no token markup from Patendra.

Questions
Pricing questions, answered plainly
More general questions about examination, scoring, and confidentiality live on the FAQ page.
What counts as a seat?
A seat is one named person using Patendra, whether on the desktop app or as an authenticated user of a Practice self-host server. Seats are per person, not per machine: the same person can use the app on a work desktop and a laptop on one seat. You can reassign a seat when someone leaves the team.
Do you charge per run?
No. There are no per-run fees, credits, or token markup from us. You bring your own Anthropic Claude or Google Gemini API key, and your provider bills you directly for the tokens each run consumes. Your subscription covers the software: the retrieval stack, examination and scoring logic, drafting, and updates.
Can I cancel? Do you offer refunds?
You can cancel anytime and your plan stays active through the end of the current billing period. If something went wrong with a charge, open an issue or reach us via Contact and we'll sort it out. Your early-access price is locked in for as long as your subscription stays active.
Do the prices include LLM costs?
No. LLM usage is separate and billed by the provider whose key you configure: Anthropic for Claude or Google for Gemini. What a run costs in tokens depends on your invention's complexity, how many refinement iterations you allow, and the model you pick. The dashboard shows you which provider each run used.
Is there a trial?
Patendra's source is available, and you can run it from source to evaluate the workflow before subscribing. You still bring your own provider credentials. The documentation covers source setup and the packaged desktop app.
Review the workflow before you commit
